Virginie Boutueil is is a chief bridge, water and forestry engineer, and holds a PhD in transport economics. Her research in the socio-economics of mobility at the Ville Mobilit\u00e9 Transport Laboratory<\/a> focuses on sustainable mobility solutions, the digital transformation of mobility, and related public policies. She is the author, with Anne Aguil\u00e9ra<\/a>, of the scientific book Urban Mobility and the Smartphone<\/a>, published by Elsevier in 2018, and numerous articles and book chapters devoted to mobility transitions in African metropolises. She is a senior lecturer at \u00c9cole nationale des ponts et chauss\u00e9es and teaches a variety of audiences, in France and abroad, to help build knowledge and human capital for the transition to more sustainable mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
