After graduating from \u00c9cole nationale des ponts et chauss\u00e9es, Christophe Peyrard joined EDF R&D in 2005 to work on overhead power line vibration and fatigue. He moved to LNHE in Chatou (Laboratoire National d\u2019Hydraulique et Environnement<\/em>, French National Hydraulics and Environmental Laboratory) in 2011, where he worked on marine turbines and wave modeling in coastal zones, then offshore wind energy. Peyrard contributed to the development of the DIEGO code, a dedicated digital floating wind turbine modeling tool. He has been a member of LHSV<\/a> since 2013 and is currently heading up floating wind energy projects for EDF R&D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
